Jim Trujillo - Innovation after an Interruption

The presentation covers research that shows how people change after trauma and look to grow in certain ways. It is called Post Traumatic Growth (PTG). I believe that statistics on current levels of stress and anxiety from the pandemic show that most people have gone through trauma and because of that will go through PTG. Knowing that, as leaders or HR professionals we need to understand what our people will want and how to shape our benefits and culture to provide that to them.
